Equipo de Líderes

Equipo de Líderes teaches young adults community leadership and emotional development while offering a safe environment that nurtures their aspirations. We start chapters of Equipo de Líderes in rural communities with limited access to schools. We prompt students to exercise critical thinking and to explore their inner emotional lives.

All activities are presented as a list of questions, leading the young adults to identify challenges in their communities and possible actions, which they then plan and carry out to bring positive change. Chapters are led and facilitated by local members of the community.
